Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in the area. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for emergency patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. It requires utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Job Details

• Position Description: This role is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care in the emergency setting, including patient assessment, care planning, direct patient care, and collaboration with the healthcare team. The ER nurse evaluates patient responses, documents care outcomes, and participates in quality improvement activities.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and have prior experience working in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and professional certification are highly preferred.
• Additional Information: The role includes providing patient care that adheres to best clinical practices and participating in research activities within the clinical environment. The ER nurse will interact with physicians, patients, families, and external contacts, ensuring effective communication and high standards of patient safety and care quality.
