A healthcare provider is seeking an RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital setting in a rural location. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care across MedSurg and Post-Cardiac units, with responsibilities including patient education, safety, equipment operation, infection control, and accurate documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Position Description: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital Registered Nurse (RN) for MedSurg/PCU, experienced in all areas, with flexibility to assist in various departments as needed.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: RN license must be active in the state. Zero to one year of experience required.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be willing and able to work through the upcoming holiday season with minimal RTO (Request for Time Off) dates. Responsibilities include patient education, safety protocols, equipment troubleshooting, infection control, accurate documentation, and inventory management.
