Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse located in the area. This role involves providing advanced nursing care within a critical care environment, performing independent functions, and executing delegated medical procedures. The position requires assessing patient health, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to promote patient well-being.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shift; 3-12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of practice; BLS (American Heart Association); ACLS (American Heart Association); at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; ASN degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; previous experience as a Registered Nurse in ICU.
• Additional Responsibilities: Provides health teaching and health counseling; reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans; documents according to hospital and regulatory guidelines; may be required to float to other departments within scope of competency; may be placed on-call during scheduled shifts.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; additional certifications for specific units or services are preferred.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and meet the general knowledge, skills, and training requirements for the position.
