Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking a registered nurse specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in an unspecified location. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care within a structured clinical environment, following safety protocols, and participating in patient education and discharge planning, with shifts scheduled nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Provides patient education, initiates discharge planning from day of admission, and communicates changes in patient condition to the care team. Responsible for supervision of ancillary personnel, maintains a safe work environment, and actively engages in ongoing professional development. Assumes charge responsibility after orientation and contributes to a positive team environment.
