Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Labor and Delivery (L&D) Certified Surgical Technologist for the Wichita, Kansas area. This position involves supporting high-risk labor and delivery units, with responsibilities including assisting in procedures such as C-sections and inductions in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role requires working day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details

Position: Travel - Labor and Delivery Certified Surgical Technologist (708)
Location: Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, Kansas
Job Type: Full-time, 12-hour shifts, Day shift, Minimum 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Current Labor and Delivery Surgical Technologist experience of at least 6 months, active Kansas licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, and at least 1 year of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Circulating C-Section experience, more than 2 years of labor and delivery experience, high-risk labor and delivery experience.
Responsibilities include assisting with high-risk labor, C-sections, inductions, and other obstetric procedures, operating medical equipment such as fetal monitors and surgical tools, and supporting clinical workflows within the unit.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet all listed qualifications and will be evaluated based on experience, skill set, and availability.
