Job Summary
The organization is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to join the healthcare team in Atlanta, Georgia. This position involves providing specialized patient care in a busy post-anesthesia recovery setting. The role requires expertise in high-frequency ventilators and oscillators, intracranial pressure (ICP) management, and adherence to clinical protocols to ensure patient safety and recovery.
Job Details
- Position: RN - PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit)
- Location: Atlanta, GA
- Schedule: Nights, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, 36 hours per week, for an initial 13-week assignment starting on 10/12/2026 and ending on 01/10/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Georgia or Compact State license, at least 18 months of PACU experience within the past 3 years, high-frequency ventilator and oscillator experience, intracranial pressure (ICP) management experience, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-frequency ventilators/oscillators and ICP management.
- Additional Information: Scrubs required are Navy Blue. Candidate must have experience working in the specialty within the last three years and be within a 50-mile radius of the facility, excluding local travelers. No float rotation required.
- Submission Details: Virtual interview process with a nurse manager interview following the virtual interview.
