Job Summary
The Organization is seeking a qualified Operating Room (OR) Surgical Technologist for a temporary assignment in the Operating Room (OR) specialty. This role involves assisting in surgical procedures, ensuring sterile techniques, and supporting the surgical team during operations. The position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts and to be available on major holidays.

Job Details

• Certifications and Experience: All certifications are required upon hire, including BLS (Basic Life Support), CST (Certified Surgical Technologist), TS-C (Technician in Surgery - Certified), CSFA (Certified Surgical First Assistant), or CSA (Certified Surgical Assistant). Candidates must be competent for Cesarean and vaginal deliveries, D&C procedures, SPD process, and stocking the unit. Minimum of 0 years of experience required.
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 7am-7pm, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Candidates will need to work during major holidays such as Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve.
• Additional Responsibilities: Support surgical procedures in various settings, maintain sterile environment, manage supplies, and collaborate with the surgical team.
• Qualifications: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and capability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be able to provide all necessary certifications upon hire.
