Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in Tacoma, WA. This role involves providing specialized nursing care for patients requiring continuous monitoring of their heart rhythm and other vital signs. The position requires flexibility to float within Region Two hospitals as needed, predominantly working night shifts.

Job Details

• Location: Tacoma, WA
• Position Description: Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with the organization, including other health care providers, within the past year. Primarily responsible for patient care in the Telemetry unit, with potential assignment across multiple hospitals in Region Two. The unit features ER observation beds, trauma bays, and monitors telemetry, with practices including separate triage and holding areas.
• Certifications: BLS Certification; WA license
• Experience and Education: Minimum of 2 years of related experience required, with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Manage telemetry readings, assist with lab draws, and operate monitor tech equipment. Float rotation may be required throughout the specified hospitals.
• Submission Requirements: Willingness to wait for license submission.
