Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Licensure as a registered nurse, minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience, valid Nursys license, and ability to work in the specified location.
• Position Description: The role involves direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit, with staffing ratios of 1:5 or 1:6, and a focus on clinical observation. Prior travel experience is required for all Centra positions. Charge responsibilities may be required, and travel staff will receive appropriate training and pay differentials. Candidate participation in up to 20-week assignments during the holiday season is encouraged, with at least one major holiday worked.
• Additional Information: This position is based in a teaching hospital setting where nurses will frequently interact with students and new hires. Limited requested time off and time-off requests must be submitted with the application. Client may cancel up to 36 hours before each shift due to census.
