Job Details

  • Position: Intensive Care Unit Nurse in Bakersfield
  • Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor required; AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC-Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification required.
  • Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
  • Schedule: Rotating shift with 8-hour shift time, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Responsibilities include collecting relevant patient health data, analyzing assessment data, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating progress, collaborating with the healthcare team, providing health education, participating in discharge planning, delegation, and performing other related duties.
  • Additional Information: Candidates must have current certifications and licensure as listed and be able to perform all essential functions related to clinical patient care and team collaboration.
