Job Summary
The Colorado-based Medical Surgical Floor RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Med-Surg/Telemetry setting. This position involves managing care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses, including those undergoing orthopedic surgeries and hybrid catheterization procedures, in a dynamic hospital environment within the Colorado Mountains.

Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Floor
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12-hour day shifts including weekend rotation; must participate in call rotation and take one call shift per two-week period, following the assigned pay schedule
• Required Qualifications: Current RN license in Colorado, BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association, valid Flu Vaccine (no exemptions), minimum of 2 years of Acute Care/Med Surg/Telemetry or similar RN experience, current skills sheet, and proof of vaccination
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Orthopedic surgery, hybrid catheterization lab procedures, or acute/chronic illness management is advantageous
• Additional Information: Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility. Out-of-state agencies must register in the Colorado system and may need up to two weeks for approval. Ensure accurate SS# and DOB inputted in Medefis to prevent onboarding delays. Guarantee hours do not apply on holidays for clinic workers. Current flu vaccination required from October 1st to April 1st, no exemptions.
