Job Details

• Position Title: Surgical Technologist CVOR
• Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Open Heart
• Location: Leesburg, FL
• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM, with minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: NBSTSA, NCCT, or AST (within 1 year of hire/transfer) BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) High School Diploma or GED Graduate of surgical technologist program Minimum 2 years' surgical tech experience CVOR surgical tech experience Recent HEART experience required Previous travel experience required Academic/teaching facility experience required No 180+ day break from clinical employment At least 1 reference (dated within past 12 months)
• Preferred Qualifications: Vascular/Neuro experience, Strong cardiac experience, Peripheral experience
• Additional Information: Call as needed, 45-minute response time; no RTO during first 2 weeks; maximum 8 days RTO for the 13-week contract; managers' interviews required; HCF issued scrubs; FL ACHA approval may take up to 14 business days; seasonal influenza vaccination policy applies with exemption options.
