Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse Location: Not Specified. This role requires a dedicated OR nurse to manage sterile and non-sterile environments within the surgical suite. The position involves coordinating patient care, safety, and workflow throughout the perioperative period, with opportunities for scrub and first assist experience.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with variation depending on cases. Early starts and late ends are rotated. Call responsibilities include two days per week as 1st or backup, and one weekend per month (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Certifications and Qualifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications are required. Requires 2+ years of dedicated surgical experience. Must be able to manage sterile and non-sterile environments of the operating room, coordinate patient care, and have scrub and first assist experience if possible.
• Responsibilities: Manage sterile and non-sterile environments of the OR, coordinate patient care, safety, and workflow across the entire perioperative period, including circulating duties.
• Schedule: Shift hours are 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidate must include a permanent home address on the submission. Travelers must be more than 50 miles from the facility. No floating is required. No block requirements and no 48-hour notice for shift changes.
