Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) registered nurses are responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care to patients in a hospital setting. This position involves supervising and directing the activities of various levels of nursing staff, while collaborating with other healthcare disciplines to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Job Details
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, registered nurse licensure in the state of practice required, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Essential Functions: Collects relevant data pertinent to the patients health or situation, analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues, develops and implements care plans, evaluates progress, and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide safe, healing, and compassionate care. Participates in discharge planning and delegates duties as appropriate to team members.
- Additional Information: Delivers coordinated nursing care at an organization committed to safety and wellbeing. All associates are required to receive all mandatory vaccinations and may seek medical or religious exemptions as applicable.
