Job Details

• Position Description: Telemetry RN caring for cardiac and neuro patients on a 30-bed unit with overflow capacity, utilizing teleboxes, Welch Allen vital sign machines, and Alaris IV pumps.
• Required Qualifications: Certified in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS; healthcare professional licensure; location in Thousand Oaks, CA; minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidates without ACLS, BLS, or NIHSS certifications, and experience with EKG interpretation, IV starts, and chest tube management, will not be considered for this role. The position involves receiving patients post-procedures such as heart cath, pacemaker, ablation, watchman, valve repair, and cardioversion. May require working 3-4 weekends per month.
