Medical Surgical Floor Nurse, Hermitage, TN This position involves providing high-quality nursing care on a busy medical surgical unit within a healthcare provider. The role requires delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, supporting positive outcomes through clinical expertise and compassionate service.

Job Details

Location: Hermitage, TN
Shift Time: Days
Shift Hours: 12 hours
Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Start Date: 10/12/2026
End Date: 01/11/2027
Certifications Required: Must have valid nursing license and appropriate certifications.
Education/Experience Requirements: No minimum years of experience required; candidate must have a nursing license.
Unit Specifics: 33 beds, patient ratios of 6:1 during the day shift and 7:1 at night, with staffing comprising three technicians per shift and ultrasound equipment available.
Procedures performed on unit include various advanced nursing procedures.
Schedule: Every other weekend.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Submission Requirement: Candidates must follow application instructions and submit required documentation as specified.
