Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care to work a night shift. This position involves providing critical patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards. The candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.
Job Details
- Position Description:
Responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Ensures compliance with health care standards and safety regulations. - Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent ICU nursing experience
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience
- NIH Stroke Scale (Certificate)
- CCRN certification
- Experience with Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent procedures
- Additional Information:
- Must have ACLS certification.
- Need to be available for a Winter plan.
