Job Details

• Certifications: Current RN license valid to work in the State of Texas, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC (AHA or ARC), standard emergency nursing certification, ultrasound IV preferred.
• Education: No specific degree requirement listed.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of ER experience required.
• Location Requirements: Must be located more than 50 miles from the facility.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include delivering emergency nursing care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining compliance with clinical protocols.
• Submission requirements: Candidates must include their permanent home address; travelers without the necessary documentation will be rejected.
• Additional Information: No call or floating required; no block scheduling; no 48-hour guarantee; blackout dates apply after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's week; maximum RTO (Reasonable Time Off) request is three shifts; patient ratio approximately 4:1 unless fast track/triage; 24 beds plus 4 hall beds.
