Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Open Heart specialty position in en_US This role involves supporting complex cardiac surgeries within a high-acuity environment. The qualified candidate will independently scrub CABGs, valves, aortic repairs, ECMO, Impella, chest tubes, thoracic procedures, and assist in various roles as needed to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.

Job Details

• Position Description: Shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with on-call responsibilities. This role requires proficiency in CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience, including the ability to independently scrub CABGs, valves, aortic repairs, ECMO, Impella, chest tubes, and thoracic procedures such as VATS, lungs, and pericardial windows. The candidate must work confidently and independently in a high-acuity environment. Responsibilities include supporting the surgical team, turnover assistance, and providing anesthesia tech support.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be team-oriented, flexible to assist in any operational role, and capable of working independently in a demanding cardiac surgical setting.
