The organization is seeking a qualified professional in the role of House Supervisor Level 1 and Transfer Center Coordinator, based at their facility. The position involves dual responsibilities, including overseeing nursing unit activities as a House Supervisor and coordinating patient transfers as a Transfer Center Coordinator. The role requires a versatile Registered Nurse (RN) committed to maintaining high standards of care and operational efficiency.

Job Details

• Position Description: This role combines the responsibilities of a House Supervisor responsible for heading nursing units and departments in the absence of Nurse Managers and administration and a Transfer Center Coordinator ensuring the seamless, safe, and compliant transfer of patients within and between healthcare facilities. The RN will work at the organizations Fort Madison campus as needed.
• Required Qualifications: Current RN license with certification, education requirements as applicable, and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Maintain current knowledge of regulatory standards and evidence-based practices to ensure compliance; coordinate communication between medical staff, arrange transportation and accommodations for patient transfers, and maintain detailed records for quality assurance.
