Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) in a healthcare setting. This position involves assisting in the operating room during a variety of surgical procedures, supporting the surgical team, and ensuring patient safety and equipment readiness. The role is pivotal in maintaining a smooth surgical workflow and compliance with safety standards.

Job Details

• Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Operating Room Technician. No minimum years of experience required.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Start Date: 11/02/2026
• End Date: 02/01/2027
• Additional Information:
  • Role involves assisting with a variety of surgical cases, including ophthalmology, ENT, orthopedics, podiatry, urology, robotics general surgery, gynecology, bariatrics, thoracic, neuro-spine, and obstetrics coverage for C-Sections.
  • No responsibility for handling brains, hearts, or sick children.
  • Call requirements include a weekday call shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., every two weeks, and a 48-hour Saturday/Sunday call every eight weeks, with a 30-minute response time.
  • Call rooms are provided.
  • The position requires the ability to respond promptly and perform under pressure.
  • Scrub colors and dress code, parking details, and other site-specific policies should be discussed directly with the organization.
