Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse Location: Not Specified. This position involves managing a diverse patient population in a fast-paced emergency department environment. The RN will coordinate and deliver care to ensure high safety and quality standards while fostering a positive patient experience.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state/district, ER experience of at least 3 years, graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program, BSN highly desired, Cerner experience required.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The ED handles a wide variety of patient cases from urgent care, psychiatric, pediatric, to critical care/trauma. Nurses manage critical skills such as medication titrations, arterial lines, blood transfusions, and chest tubes. The environment demands coordination of complex nursing care needs to ensure safety, quality, and positive patient outcomes.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse, have a minimum of three years of ER experience, and possess the necessary certifications.
