Description
Job Summary
Labor & Delivery Nurse in a rural West Texas hospital. This position involves caring for antepartum, postpartum, and nursery patients, with a focus on labor and delivery. The ideal candidate must have labor and delivery experience, including OB circulator skills preferred, and hold current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
Job Details
- Position: Experienced Labor & Delivery Nurse for a rural West Texas hospital. Responsibilities include managing approximately 30-40 deliveries per month, providing comprehensive care to antepartum, postpartum, and nursery patients.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NRP; experience caring for antepartum, postpartum, and nursery patients; labor and delivery experience; ACLS, BLS, NRP.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: OB circulator experience is preferred. Must be able to care for antepartum, postpartum, and nursery patients; do not submit postpartum-only nurses. Billing should be sent directly to .
- Start Date: 10/19/2026
- End Date: 01/18/2027
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
