Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in a healthcare facility located in an unspecified area. This role involves providing specialized perioperative care in a fast-paced, acute care hospital setting. The position offers an elevated seasonal winter rate with an immediate start date and requires a minimum of one year of experience in the specialty.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid state license or valid compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of recent OR experience, and current adherence to all certification requirements.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Ability to float between units as needed, with possible float to nearby facilities.
• Qualifications: Experience in OR procedures including but not limited to total joints, spine, minor ortho, GYN, Uro, ENT, plastics, robotics in GYN, Urology, and General surgery. Experience with specific equipment and procedures such as Mako Surgical System, robotic surgeries, and various major surgeries is preferred.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must include responses to pre-submission questions about prior work at Providence facilities and provide two references covering at least 1 year within the past 3 years.
• Other Notes: Candidates should not reach out directly to facility contacts unless for scheduled interviews. Modules during orientation are non-billable but required for compliance and specialty training.
