Job Summary
Dialysis Nurse (DIAL) Outpatient Dialysis at a healthcare facility in South Burlington, VT. This position involves providing care to patients with chronic renal conditions in an outpatient setting. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work across multiple sites as needed.
Job Details
- Position Description: RN for Outpatient Dialysis, handling chronic renal patients.
- Location: South Burlington, VT.
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience. Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system from within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable.
- Schedule: Day shift, 9-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Must be flexible with schedule, working 8, 9, 10, or 12-hour shifts as needed.
- Float: Float rotation may be required to St. Albans & Berlin.
- Additional Information:
- No call required, but working Saturdays is necessary.
- No block scheduling; shifts are scheduled bi-weekly with Monday orientations.
- Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained.
- All work history details (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) are mandatory for submission.
- Reliable transportation or personal/rental vehicle is strongly recommended, equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April.
- Submission Requirements: All employment history information must be complete to submit the application.
