Job Summary
The healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Surgical (MS) Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary assignment in a hospital setting. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to medical-surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring, with a focus on clinical excellence and adherence to safety standards. The position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Job Details

- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Start Date: 10/26/2026
- End Date: 02/14/2027
- Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse, current BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certifications; prior travel experience required; at least two years of Medical Surgical Telemetry nursing experience; recent EPIC EMR experience within the past two years.
- Preferred Qualifications: Progressive care nursing experience, familiarity with electronic medical records, and ability to meet unit operational needs.
- Additional Information:
- Assignment duration is 16-26 weeks.
- Nurses must work every other weekend and be available to work 2 out of the 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day).
- No floating required.
- Bi-weekly orientations are scheduled on Mondays.
- Travelers are required to have reliable transportation; personal or rental vehicles are strongly recommended.
- Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November through April.
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.
- Complete employment history, including bed count, EMR details, and facility type, is required for submission.
