Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse in Farmington, New Mexico. This role involves providing direct patient care in a 43-bed Medical/Surgical unit with telemetry capabilities within a level II trauma center. The position caters to patients with diverse diagnoses, including respiratory illnesses, wounds, and circulatory conditions, ensuring comprehensive healthcare delivery.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification (American Heart Association); ADN degree; no minimum experience required; location in Farmington, NM.
• Additional Information: Must have at least 3.2 overall rating on skills checklist. Experience in med/surg preferred; charge nurse experience and oncology skills are advantageous but not mandatory. Responsibilities include managing patient care for a variety of medical conditions, utilizing equipment such as VS machines, bladder scanners, IV pumps, and lifts. Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and adhering to unit standards.
