Job Summary
Medical Surgical Cardiac Floor RN en_US The healthcare provider is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a position on the Medical Surgical Cardiac unit. This role involves primarily administrative coordination and care management for patients on the structural heart unit, with minimal direct patient interaction. The position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, level 1 trauma environment, supporting patient care through documentation, referral, and follow-up activities.
Job Details
- Position Description: Care coordinator role with minimal patient face time, focusing on administrative duties such as referral follow-ups and care coordination for the structural heart unit.
- Required Qualifications: 2+ years nursing experience, Level 1 trauma experience, triage experience, Epic electronic medical record experience, BLS-AHA certification, Excel proficiency, and care coordination ability.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour days, 40 hours per week, starting on 10/26/2026, ending on 01/23/2027.
- Additional Information: No local travelers (reside within 50 miles of the facility) accepted. Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays. Candidates with recent Beth Israel Lahey Health employment within last 6 months will not be considered unless separated for 6 months.
