Job Summary
Mother/Baby Couplet Care Nurse in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing specialized care for neonates and their mothers, with experience in Level II or III Neonatal Intensive Care Units, attending deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, and mother/baby couplet care. The role supports the organizations mission to deliver exceptional postpartum and neonatal patient care.

Job Details

• Certifications: CA Registered Nurse (RN), BLS, NRP, STABLE.
• Education Requirements: Valid CA State License; minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Location Requirements: Candidate must hold a valid CA State License and be eligible to work in California.
• Years of Experience: 0 years minimum required, with at least 2 years preferred.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Days shift, 36 hours per week, with a schedule that may include some 11a-11p shifts based on unit needs.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Responsibilities include assessing and providing care based on the developmental and psychosocial needs of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, administering medications, and utilizing specialized neonatal procedures such as CPAP, UVC/UAC lines, and blood transfusions.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must upload valid CA licensure and certifications, provide two references from within the past year, and complete onboarding modules during orientation.
