Medical Surgical Floor Nurse in Seattle, WA. Job Details

• Position Description:
  Unit notes include clinical profile review and call for interview management. The unit comprises 28 beds with patient ratios of 1:4-5. The role primarily involves general medical patient care, including management of sepsis, COPD, bowel obstructions, and CHF.
• Required Qualifications:
  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related work experience, current state licensure, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and ability to work nights. BSN degree preferred.
• Schedule:
  Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  RNs are required to titrate insulin and heparin drips, and must be able to read their own telemonitor strips from a centralized location via an app. Floating to other units within Region I may be required, with additional compensation for hours worked outside the primary facility.
