Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse | Location unspecified. This position involves providing specialized emergency care across multiple satellite locations within the healthcare organization. The role requires floating between various facilities, ensuring clinical excellence in a fast-paced, acute setting, with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes.

Job Details

• Position: ER Nurse
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC (CPI preferred but not required)
• Minimum Experience: 2 years of ER experience required
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide emergency care in multiple satellite ER locations
  • Complete necessary clinical skills, including sterile field maintenance, Foley catheter insertion, and central line dressing changes
  • Pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start and a clinical simulation lab on Day 1 of orientation
  • Follow detailed unit-specific protocols and safety standards
• Schedule Notes: First day includes simulation testing for specific skills; floating to different campuses may be required based on unit needs.
• Submission Requirements: Valid license to submit application; certification verification required.
