Job Summary
ICU RN (Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse), located in the healthcare facility, providing specialized critical care to patients. This role involves managing patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, ventilated patients, and those requiring complex interventions during night shifts.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN license with a minimum of 1.5 years of ICU experience, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care, continuous IV sedation, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilator care, arterial blood gas (ABGs) interpretation, suctioning (ETT, NT), and isolation precautions/PPE.
• Additional Information: The ICU unit accepts first-time travelers. Candidates must have a state or compact license at the time of submittal, and all RTO (Requested Time Off) must be listed at submission. Completion of core onboarding items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing is required, with onsite modules during orientation.
