Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a 38-bed acute care facility. This position involves providing urgent and specialized care to a diverse patient population, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics, across varied emergency situations on a night shift schedule.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, starting 11/02/2026 and ending 02/22/2027
• Required Qualifications: Emergency Room (ER) experience, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications, 2 years of ER experience, possession of a valid license in the applicable state, and current certifications.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required. CPI and TNCC preferred.
• Skills: Abdominal pain, Acute psychosis, Asthma, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Burns, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Chest tube insertion/management, Continuous IV sedation, CVA, Drug overdose, Emergency medications, Epiglottitis, General ER procedures including trauma, gunshot wounds, head injury, hyperglycemia, infection, intubation, PPE, IV vasopressors, splint management, dysrhythmia management, multisystem organ failure, violent behavior, mental health, drowning, 12 lead EKG, phlebotomy, poison ingestion, procedural sedation, psychiatric hold, respiratory infections, seizures, sickle cell crisis, skin disorders, spinal cord injury, IV starts, stroke, triage, urinary tract infection, and other trauma or emergency-related procedures.
• Additional Information: Open to accommodating block schedule; open to RTO up to 7 days with approval; no on-call requirement; float within scope is not required; local candidates within 75 miles are not accepted for this assignment.
