Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Specialist in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing comprehensive perioperative care across all areas of the operating room, with cross-training opportunities into Endoscopy. The position requires handling a variety of cases with modern surgical technology and working a 12-hour shift schedule.

Job Details

• Position Description: Experience in all areas of the operating room; cross-training to Endoscopy; use of Baxter pumps, Phillips, and Dynomap systems; exposure to a wide range of cases excluding open heart surgery; utilization of DaVinci Robot experience preferred.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; valid drivers license; ability to operate in an acute care setting with a trauma level of 2.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts during days, including one weeknight call rotation every 4 weeks from 7 PM to 7 AM, and one weekend call shift on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday up to 24 hours every 3 months.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have a drivers license, as all submissions require a copy of an unexpired drivers license. The role entails working in an acute division with EPIC charting system.
