Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Located in an adult trauma emergency room setting, this role involves providing direct nursing care aligned with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. The position requires serving as a primary coordinator of patient care, implementing and monitoring care plans, and communicating patient conditions effectively.
Job Details
- Shift Time: Days, from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Nursing license, current ACLS and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications via American Heart Association (AHA), and 0 years of experience.
- Responsibilities include assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Additional Information: The role involves serving in a Level 1 Trauma Adult Emergency Room environment, requiring adherence to trauma care protocols and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
