Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. The nurse demonstrates leadership, critical thinking, and scientific judgment to ensure safe care delivery.
