Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Southern California. This position involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients in the emergency department, adhering to established care standards and utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment. The nurse will supervise a team of nursing staff, collaborate with other disciplines, and provide education to patients and families.

• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; three years of ER experience preferred; valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor; Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification; National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
