An ICU Nurse (Intensive Care Unit) on the Days shift in Englewood, CO, is responsible for providing critical care to patients in a 16-bed ICU unit. This position involves working collaboratively with a team to deliver specialized care to a diverse patient population, utilizing advanced equipment and adhering to unit protocols.

Job Details

• Position: ICU Nurse (Intensive Care Unit) Days shift, 12-hour shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: ACLS, BLS; Education and Degree Requirements: Current RN license, Bachelors degree preferred; Location Requirement: Must be licensed to practice in Colorado; Experience Requirement: 1-year current ICU hospital experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with medical ICU and neuro patient populations; prior Meditech experience; experience with intubations, central line placement; familiarity with cardiac monitoring, ventilators, IV pumps, and tube feed pumps
• Responsibilities: Delivering specialized ICU patient care, managing cardiac monitoring equipment, ventilator support, IV therapy, and other critical procedures, following clinical protocols and safety guidelines.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be licensed in Colorado and meet all specified qualifications before consideration.
