Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in Los Angeles. This position involves delivering coordinated nursing care to patients, supervising nursing staff, and coordinating interdisciplinary care in a busy hospital setting. The role emphasizes patient safety, clinical assessment, and effective team collaboration to promote patient well-being.
Job Details
- Position Description: Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; hospital fire and life safety certification. No minimum years of experience required.
- Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Experience in an acute care facility and EPIC electronic health record system experience are required. Holiday Request for Time Off will not be approved.
