Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position in the hospital setting with a focus on critical care. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care utilizing the nursing process. The candidate will collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care within a healing environment, demonstrating professionalism, respect, involvement, dignity, and excellence.

Job Details

• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred, valid New Jersey Nursing License, BLS certification, ACLS certification, at least 1 year of critical care experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting, experience with Swan or Balloon procedures strongly preferred
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Additional Information: Candidate must have cardiac ICU experience. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.
• Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, collaborating within a shared governance model, and contributing to a healing culture for the patient population.
