Job Summary
Step Down Unit RN Nights Healthcare Facility
This position involves providing specialized care in a step down unit, focusing mainly on cardiac patients and other general medical conditions. It requires maintaining excellent communication and teamwork skills to deliver quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Certifications Required: BLS (American Heart Association), NIHSS
• Education Requirements: Valid RN license, BSN preferred (not mandatory)
• Location Requirements: Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility
• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar setting
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Responsibilities include managing cardiac and general medical patients, titrating drips such as insulin, heparin, nitro, and diltiazem, and utilizing tele monitoring systems.
• Experience with continuous Cpap & Bipap, High flow, Vapotherm, nebs, chest PT, and no vents is preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Must have a valid license to submit and document previous employment with Marshfield if applicable, with at least 6 months since last worked there.
