Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery, Rutherfordton, NC. This position supports maternal, newborn, adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients across labor and delivery, mother-baby, pediatric, and gynecologic services. The schedule consists of 12-hour day shifts with 36 hours per week and every third weekend.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse licensure required to practice in North Carolina; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), STABLE, and Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) fetal monitoring certifications required before start; 2 years of experience with charge experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience with charge experience.
• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a minimum of 36 hours per week; every third weekend.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include caring for patients in labor and delivery, mother-baby, pediatric, and gynecologic settings, including antepartum, postpartum, and newborn care. The position supports one opening and includes no call requirement.
