Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Glendale This OR Nursing position involves delivering coordinated patient care within a major healthcare facility located in Glendale. The role includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and applying critical thinking and clinical judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor; no minimum years of experience required
Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience
Essential functions include collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide safe and effective patient care.
Additional responsibilities involve discharge planning, delegation, and providing health education to patients and families.
Candidates must be prepared to perform other job-related duties as assigned.
All candidates must adhere to vaccination requirements as a condition of employment and participate in E-Verify as part of organizational policy.
