Job Summary
Medical Surgical Nurse (RN) Clyde, NC The healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Nurse to join the team on a night shift for a temporary assignment. This role involves caring for adult and geriatric patient populations in a 39-bed unit, supporting patients with various diagnoses including fractures, COPD, hypertension, chest pain, congestive heart failure, and infections. The position offers an opportunity to work within a well-respected facility that includes specialized services such as orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery, womens care, and behavioral health.

Position: Medical Surgical Nurse (RN)
Location: Clyde, NC
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: RN License, current certifications, minimum of 0 years of experience, required skills include experience in adult and geriatric patient care on a medical-surgical unit.
Additional Information: Orientation is bi-weekly, and upcoming start dates are 10/26, 11/9, 11/23. This role involves providing patient care in a busy adult-oriented unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of approximately 1:4. Nurses must adhere to the dress code of scrubs in any color and be prepared for weekend shifts.

Friendly surgeons and staff. Small hospital, not real busy, OSC in walking distance, good cafeteria, beautiful location, nice fitness center next door. They hire a lot of travelers!
