Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS/Tele) specialty in Oregon is seeking qualified healthcare professionals to join the organization on a travel assignment. The role involves providing specialized patient care on a unit managing adult, geriatric, and adolescent populations, with a focus on patients requiring telemetry monitoring. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while utilizing your clinical skills.

Job Details

  • Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred, NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) preferred, Chemo certification preferred
  • Education Requirements: Valid state license for Oregon (expected within 2 weeks), Compliance with COVID-19 and flu vaccination policies; comply with facility vaccine requirements (no exemptions permitted)
  • Duration: Start date October 26, 2026, and end date January 25, 2027
  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a related specialty; experience with EPIC electronic medical record system preferred; ability to interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias, perform peripheral line and PICC line care, start and maintain IVs, and administer chemotherapy if certified
  • Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to float within the healthcare system as needed; must have prior travel experience; references from the past two years; proof of licensure application if license is pending; travel compliance documentation required at submission
