Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery (L&D)
• Certifications: Registered Nurse (North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement), Basic Life Support (AHA), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (AHA), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (American Academy of Pediatrics), STABLE (S.T.A.B.L.E.)
• Qualifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, valid certifications including BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE, and successful completion of required training courses prior to the start date.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Start Date: 11/23/2026
• End Date: 01/31/2027
• Responsibilities:
  • Performs patient assessments, establishes care plans, and evaluates patient needs during labor and delivery
  • Recognizes early warning signs of patient deterioration and responds appropriately in emergency situations
  • Coordinates with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care and discharge planning
  • Conducts patient education and supports safe discharge processes
  • Documents all patient interactions and reports pertinent observations accurately
  • Performs other duties as required for optimal patient care delivery
