Description
Job Summary
An ORT (Operating Room Technician) position located in the specified region. This role involves collaborating within the interdisciplinary team to provide clinical care and support during surgical procedures. The technician may be asked to float across local campuses within the same discipline, ensuring effective patient care and procedural support.
Job Details
- Position Description: Responsible for assisting in surgical procedures and maintaining sterile environments, contributing technical skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Required Qualifications: Two years of previous experience, at least one completed travel contract preferred; Epic experience required; state license required; BLS (American Heart Association) certification required; drivers license required; work history/resume required; skills checklist completed within one year of submission; license verification required; copy of required certifications; supervisory reference required at the time of submission.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility unless located in Madison, where a local candidate with a 10% rate reduction is accepted. Experience in working with patient types including GYN, general, urology, ENT, ortho, neuro spine, podiatry, vascular, and robotics is required.
