Job Summary
Infusion Nurse, Infusion specialty, located in the healthcare organizations facility. This role involves providing infusion therapy and specialized patient care within an outpatient infusion center setting. The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, dayshift, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC), OCN*; CA RN license in hand; 2 years of infusion center experience preferred.
• Education/Experience: Must hold a valid California RN license, with at least 2 years of infusion center experience.
• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional qualifications: Experience with accessing and managing ports, administration of blood and blood products, administration of chemotherapy, management/disposal of cytotoxic spills, and monitoring chemotherapy.
• Responsibilities include providing outpatient oncology infusion care, recognizing and communicating abnormal lab values, and documenting patient care using the Epic charting system.
• Preferred qualifications include OCN certification, experience with outpatient oncology, and familiarity with Epic electronic medical records.
• Duration: Starting on 11/17/2026 through 02/16/2027.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must provide two references from their most recent employer, and employment history must include any previous work with University of California medical facilities with relevant details.
