Dialysis Unit RN Located in Wisconsin, this outpatient dialysis position involves providing specialized nursing care to patients in a dedicated dialysis environment. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient treatments, ensuring safety and adherence to care standards.

Job Details

Position Description: We are seeking an experienced RN for our Outpatient Dialysis unit.
Required Qualifications: Current Wisconsin license, AHA Provider Level BLS, and AHA Provider Level ACLS, education verification, and minimum of 0 years of experience.
Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. Administers prescribed medications and treatments, documents according to standards, develops and executes patient care plans, and participates in department performance improvement activities. Utilizes clinical expertise to support the patients longitudinal plan of care, employs critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience, and escalates concerns appropriately.
