Description

Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Telemetry) Nurse in the Portland area. This position involves float assignments between units at short-term acute care facilities, providing specialized patient care in a dynamic hospital environment.

Job Details

Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Education Requirements: Valid nursing license in the state, compact license must be in hand at submission
Location Requirements: Must have a valid license in the state
Years of Experience: 1 year minimum experience required
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Additional Information: Candidates will be expected to float between units as needed, with potential shifts to other nearby facilities. The role involves monitoring cardiac telemetry, managing post-cardiac procedures, and providing comprehensive patient care for adult and geriatric patients. Candidates should have experience with charting systems, cardiac telemetry, and IV management.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must respond to specific questions regarding previous work at a Providence facility and provide two references covering 1 year within the last 3 years.
